How to Use the Pull Tool in Ansys Discovery — Lesson 1

Ansys Discovery features the first simulation-driven design tool in which users can create and modify geometry using direct modeling technology, define simulations, and interact with results in real time. To successfully prepare the geometry for performing CFD analysis, it is very important to understand the use and functionality of various geometry design and modification options in Discovery.

In this lesson, we will learn how to use the Pull tool in Discovery. We will go over the various operations that can be done using Pull tool, such as modifying existing geometry and creating new faces. In addition to that, we will have a look at the Pull tool group options such as Sweep and Revolve and learn how to use them for geometry preparation.
