Multipaction Analysis and Results in Ansys HFSS - Lesson 4
The multipaction analysis in HFSS allows for either an auto-solve of the multipaction power or a solution for a specific power level. You can get a set of power versus time curves to see at what point multipaction can occur. In addition, you can plot the charged particle animation which allows you to see where in the model the electron charge density exists.
