User Interface of Ansys Fluent Meshing Watertight Geometry Workflow
The focus of this course is to become familiar with the user interface of Ansys Fluent Meshing watertight geometry workflow. This course consists of three lessons that will guide you through various aspects of the workflow’s interface. In the first lesson, we will look at the overall process of generating a computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation-ready volume mesh from a computer-aided design (CAD) geometry using the workflow. Next, we will learn about selection and filtering options that are available with some of the tasks in the workflow. We will see how helpful these tools are in selecting specific entities of the imported geometry as target objects for tasks like adding local sizing or generating boundary layers. Finally, we will explore the user interface and understand the usage of the various graphical user interface (GUI) options and the functionalities that are available for users to efficiently carry out the meshing process.
