Topology Optimization of an FSAE Suspension Upright - Lesson 2

The upright is one of the key suspension parts that contains the wheel hub and connects the suspension control arm, tie rod, and axle. It transmits all forces and movements between the wheel and connecting rod.

In this video, you will learn the basic workflow of a level set topology optimization analysis of a Formula SAE suspension upright. You will also see how to transfer the optimized design to perform a design validation with ease by avoiding further geometry simplification and rescoping of loads and boundary conditions.
