Once the final design is chosen we can perform a high-fidelity simulation to get accurate results and verify that the model will perform as expected and satisfy the design constraints. Here you will learn how to set up such a simulation. In particular, you will explore what a computational mesh is and how to set parameters to control the size of the cells in the mesh. The results will let us determine the performance of the skateboard design.
Now that you have completed the full analysis, it’s your turn. Modify the design by changing the skateboard shape or the materials used and explore how the new design would perform.
