Numerical Results - Lesson 7

The following images demonstrate how to plot the directional deformation in the y-direction.

Right-click on Solution >Insert>Deformation>Directional.

Change the Orientation tab to obtain the y-component deformation.

Now left click Solve.  The image below is of the y-directional deformation.

Normal Stresses

The following images demonstrate how to plot the XX and ZZ normal stresses.

Right-click on Solution>Insert>Stress>Normal for normal stresses.  Change the Orientation tab to alter the stress direction.

Now left click Solve.
